Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application value of internal fixation of steel plate screw in the treatment of traumatic fracture of limb tubular bones.MethodsA total of 128 patients with traumatic fracture of limb tubular bones from May 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected.According to the odd/even admission sequence,they were evenly divided into the control group and the observation group,64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with internal fixation of closed reduction interlocking intramedullary nail,the observation group was treated with internal fixation of steel plate screw.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.ResultsThe excellent and good rate of fracture healing in the observation group was 93.8%,which was higher than 71.9%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The operation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.7%,which was lower than 15.6%in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of steel plate screw as an internal fixation in the treatment of fractures of limb tubular bones can obtain a remarkable effect.It can facilitate the early healing of fractures in high safety and have a high clinical value for promotion.
