Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative targeted nursing intervention on the recovery of ureteroscopic lithotripsy. Methods From September 2018 to September 2019, 98 cases of ureteroscopic lithotripsy treated in Beijing Fangshan District Liangxiang Hospital were selected. They were divided into the study group and the routine group using random number table method, 49 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. Routine nursing was carried out in the routine group during the perioperative period. And the study group received targeted nursing intervention during perioperative period. The time indexes of postoperative recovery were compared and the satisfaction of perioperative nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The time of return to normal, the retention time of urinary catheter and the total length of stay in the study group were shorter than those in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Total satisfaction of perioperative nursing in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative targeted nursing intervention can play a positive role in postoperative recovery of patients with ureteroscopic lithotripsy. It can promote the return to normal, reduce the number of days in hospital, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
