中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值、纤维蛋白原、CA199和CEA的联合检测对结肠癌的诊断价值

摘要目的分析外周血中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值（NLR）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）、CA199 和CEA 的联合检测对结肠癌的诊断价值。方法选取浙江省肿瘤医院2019年1～6月首诊的174 例结肠癌患者作为结肠癌组，选取同期的82 例结肠良性病变者作为对照组，检测两组的NLR、FIB、CA199、CEA 水平，分析其临床诊断价值。结果结肠癌组的NLR、FIB、CAl99、CEA 水平均高于对照组（P＜0.01）。四项联合检测的灵敏度和准确度均高于CEA、CA199 单项及联合检测（P＜0.05）。结论 NLR、FIB、CAl99 及CEA 联合检测可有效提高肿瘤标志物对结肠癌的诊断效能。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of combined detection of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),fibrinogen(FIB),CA199 and CEA in colon cancer.Methods A total of 174 patients with colon cancer who were first diagnosed in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital from January to June 2019 were selected as the colon cancer group,and 82 patients with benign colon lesions at the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of NLR,FIB,CA199 and CEA in the two groups were detected,and their clinical diagnostic value was analyzed.Results The levels of NLR,FIB,CAl99 and CEA in the colon cancer group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.01).The sensitivity and accuracy of the four combined tests were higher than the results of CEA,CA199 single and combined tests(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of NLR,FIB,CAAl99 and CEA can effectively improve the diagnostic efficacy of tumor markers for colon cancer.
