Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of combined test of serum C peptide, glycosylated hemoglobin and N-acetylβ-D-glucosidase in the diagnosis of early renal injury in type 2diabetesmellitus.Methods A total of 50 patientswith early renal injury of type 2diabetesmellitus treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study group.Another 50 patientswith type 2diabetesmellitus treated in our hospital in the same period of time were selected as the control group 1.In addition,50 volunteers who came to the hospital for routine physical examination in the same time period were selected as the control group 2.All the three groupswere diagnosed by combined test of serum C-peptide,glycosylated hemoglobin and N-acetylβ-D-glucosidase,and the resultswere compared and analyzed. Results The course of diabetes in the study group was longer than that in the control group 1,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose and urinarymicroalbumin to creatinine in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and N-acetylβ-D-glucosidase in the study group were higher than those in the control group 1and control group 2,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum C-peptide in the study group was lower than that in the control group 1and control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose and urinarymicroalbumin/creatine ratio in the control group 1were higher than those in the control group 2,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of of hemoglobin,N-acetylβ-D-glucosidase in the control group 1were higher than those of the control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum C-peptide in the control group 1was lower than that in control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined test of serum C-peptide,glycosylated hemoglobin and N-acetylβ-D-glucosidase can play an effective role in the diagnosis of early diabetic renal injury. It can provide an accurate reference for the diagnosis of diabetesmellitus, and has important application value.
