认知功能干预对系统性红斑狼疮患者认知功能及日常生活活动能力的影响

摘要目的探讨认知功能干预对系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者认知功能及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法选取2016年8月～2018年2月我院收治的46例伴有认知功能障碍的SLE患者作为研究对象，随机分为干预组与对照组，每组各23例。干预组采用每周3次、每次2 h的认知功能训练方式进行认知功能干预，对照组不进行任何认知功能干预。比较两组患者3个月后的蒙特利尔认知量表(MoCA)、基本认知能力测验表及日常生活活动能力（ADL-BI）评分。结果干预后，干预组的MoCA量表评分（除语言与抽象子项）、ADL-BI评分均高于干预前和对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预后，干预组的各项基本认知能力测验评分均高于干预前和对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论认知功能干预可以改善SLE患者的认知水平和日常生活活动能力。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of cognitive intervention in the systemic lupus erythematosus patients with cognitive dysfunction.Methods A total of 46 systemic lupus erythematosus patients with mild or moderate cognitive impairment treated in our hospital from August 2016 to Februry 2018 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided to intervention group and control group,23 cases in each group.The systemic lupus erythematosus patients in intervention group received 2 hour of cognitive intervention training for 3 times per week.The patients in control group were not intervened.The montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA),basic cognitive ability test and abilities of daily living scale(ADL-BI)afer 3 months were compared.Results After cognitive intervention,the scores of MoCA(except language)and abstract and ADL-BI in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of before intervention or those in the control group (P＜0.05).The scores of the basic cognitive ability test were significantly higher than those of before intervention or those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The cognitive intervention may improve cognitive function and abilities of daily living in the systemic lupus erythematosus patients with cognitive impairment.
