针对性干预在高龄经产妇妊娠及分娩中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨针对性干预在高龄经产妇妊娠及分娩中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月～2018年2月于武汉经济技术开发区沌阳街沌阳社区卫生服务中心妇产科收治的86例高龄经产妇作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（43例）与观察组（43例），观察组给予针对性干预措施，对照组按照医嘱定期产检。比较两组经产妇的妊娠并总发症发生率（妊娠高血压、前置胎盘、早产、过期妊娠）和总满意度。结果观察组经产妇妊娠并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组经产妇总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论高龄经产妇妊娠期间实施针对性干预具有较高的临床价值，能够在降低并发症发生率的基础上确保孕产妇及胎儿安全，值得应用及推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of targeted intervention in advanced age multipara pregnancy and childbirth.Methods Eighty-six advanced multiparae were admitted to department of gynecology and obstetrics,Zhuanyang Community Health Service Center of Zhuanyang street,Wuhan economic and technological development zone,from July 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases),the observation group was given targeted intervention,while the control group received regular inspection according to the doctor's advice.The tatal incidence of pregnancy complications (gestational hypertension,placenta previa,premature delivery,late pregnancy)and total satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of pregnancy complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion It is of high clinical value to implement targeted intervention during advanced age multipara pregnancy,it can ensure the safety of pregnant women and fetuses on the basis of reducing the incidence of complications,which is worthy of application and promotion.
