Abstract：Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Cinnidine combined with Live Lactobacillus Capsule for vsginal use in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnant women.Methods From December 2016 to December 2017,180 cases of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnant women admitted to our hospital were selected as combination group,and treated with Cortinafine and Live Lactobacillus Capsule for vsginal use.The other one was treated in the same period,180 cases of pregnant women with vulvovaginal candidiasis who were seleced as the single group,and taken cortisol treatment.The treatment effect,the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect in the combined group(93.3%)was higher than that in single group(82.2%)(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combination group(3.3%)was lower than that in single group(15.6%)(P＜0.05).The relapse rate in combination group(1.1%)was lower than that in single group(6.5%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnant women taking Cinnidine combined with Live Lactobacillus Capsule for vsginal use effectively improves the treatment effect,reduces the chance of recurrence,and has high safety.Pregnant women can use it safely.
