Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical effect of analgesia delivery and conventional delivery. Methods 100 cases pregnant women were selected from the gynecology and obstetrics of our hospital from March 2016 to September 2017,and were randomly divided into two groups according to the medical record number,55 cases in the control group were treated with the natural delivery. And the epidural anesthesia was applied to the 45 cases in the observation group on the basis of the control group. After production, the labor duration, degree of pain and neonatal Apgar score were compared between two groups. Results The first stage of labor of parturient in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the comparison of the second stage of labor between two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).The degree of pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the comparison of the neonatal Apgar score between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Analgesia delivery could significantly shorten the first production time, reduce the degree of pain, and have no negative effect on neonatal health.
