Abstract:Objective To explore the application effects of interactive teaching on clinical nursing teaching.Methods 100 nursing students from July 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected as study object by randomly sampling method and divided into observation group and control group,and each group was 50 cases.Students in control group were taught by traditional teaching method,and students in observation group were taught by interactive teaching.After practice,the satisfaction to teaching mode and effects of students and teachers were understood by using teachers and students mutual evaluation except assess arranged by nursing department according to teaching object.Results The theory examination scores and practice examination scores in observation nursing students were obvious higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).The total satisficing score of teachers and departments in practice nursing to students in observation group was(92.9±5.4)scores,obviously higher than(81.3±9.4)scores in control group,and scores of learning initiative,self-confidence,learning ability,professional skills and self-discipline consciousness score had significance difference (P<0.05);The satisfaction of nursing students to teaching mode and teachers in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive teaching can promote the communication between teachers and students,enhance the teaching effects effectively,obviously increase the learning initiative,self-confidence,learning ability,professional skills and self-discipline consciousness of nursing students and with better satisfaction of nursing students to interactive teaching.It is worth to popularize.
