Abstract：In order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of myeloma nephropathy,this paper analyzed the diagnosis and treatment process of patients with multiple myeloma nephropathy with back pain clinical manifestations,and through literature review,summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of multiple myeloma nephropathy.The results shows that this case of low back pain in patients with clinical manifestations of bone marrow puncture after the diagnosis of myeloma nephropathy.By analyzing the relevant literature,the diagnosis and treatment of myeloma nephropathy were summarized.Observe the early symptoms of patients with myeloma nephropathy,signs of atypical,patients may be due to bone pain,proteinuria or anemia in the first diagnosis of orthopedics,nephrology or hematology,primary hospital misdiagnosis misdiagnosis.
