Abstract：Objective To study the effect of Huayujiegu Powder combined with closed reduction and splint external fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods 60 patients with distal radius fractures from July 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital were selected,according to random number method they were divided into the experimental group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with external plaster fixation,the observation group was treated with Huayujiegu Powder combined with closed reduction and splint external fixation,the swelling,pain and efficient of patients in two groups were compared.Results The swelling and pain of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group,83.33% in the control group,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Huayujiegu Powder combined with closed reduction and splint external fixation for the treatment of distal radius fracture can effectively alleviating pain,reduce swelling and accelerate the healing time,has a good clinical effect,it is worth the clinical opplication.
