Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided femoral nerve block combine with day-case arthroscopy surgery of knee on lower limb motor function.Methods The clinical date of 72 cases of patient undergoing day-case arthroscopy surgery of knee in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2016 were selected to analyzed.The random digital table was used to divide it into a control group and an observation group, with 36 cases in each group.Patient in trial group were anaesthetized by the ultrasound-guided femoral nerve block,cases in control group were given spinal anesthesia method. The VAS,days of taking anodyne, self perception and knee function of these two groups were analyzed and compared.Results All patients were no postoperative complications occurred;Observation group of patients with postoperative 3 h VAS score lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Observation group of patients with oral analgesics time less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Self feeling good rate of patients in the observation group after 14 d operatioin was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);6 months observation group of patients with postoperative HSS score was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided femoral nerve block is good for patient received day-case arthroscopy surgery of knee,which can promote the recovery of patients′ knee function.
