Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of CO2 dot lattice laser combined with hyaluronic acid introduction on hypertrophic scars. Methods From January 2018 to July 2019, 30 patients with hypertrophic scars who were treated in the outpatient clinic and then admitted into the hospital for surgery were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into observation group (n=15) and control group (n=15) by double blind method. In the observation group, hyaluronic acid combined with CO2 lattice laser was used, while in the control group, CO2 lattice laser alone was used. The clinical effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. The changes of the scores of color, softness, thickness or blood vessel distribution in the two groups were explored. Results The total incidence of adverse reactions and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups, and the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of color, softness, thickness or blood vessel distribution between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of color, softness, thickness and blood vessel distribution of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of CO2 dot lattice laser combined with hyaluronic acid in the treatment of hypertrophic scars can enhance the effect of wound and facilitate good prognosis.
