Abstract:Objective To explore the effect and safety of fractional CO2 laser combined with Tacrolimus Ointment on vitiligo.Methods A total of 60 patients with vitiligo admitted to Hongqi Hospital Affiliated Mudanjiang Medical University from June 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tacrolimus Ointment,and the treatment group was treated combined with fractional CO2 laser based on the control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,both skin lesions and adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group(66.7%)was higher than that of the control group(36.7%),the total skin lesions efficiency of the treatment group(76.2%)was higher than that of the control group(42.1%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Fractional CO2 laser combined with Tacrolimus Ointment has a good clinical effect in vitiligo therapy and had no serious adverse reactions.
