Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of Tacrolimus Ointment combined with Desonide Cream in the treatment of hand eczema. Methods A total of 90 patients with hand eczema diagnosed and treated in Iron Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from January to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group (45 cases) and the experimental group (45 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with Desonide Cream, and the experimental group was treated with Tacrolimus Ointment combined with Desonide Cream. Clinical efficacy, hand eczema (JHS) score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the JHS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the JHS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Tacrolimus Ointment and Desonide Cream in the treatment of hand eczema has definite clinical efficacy and high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
