他克莫司软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗手部湿疹的临床价值

摘要目的探讨他克莫司软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗手部湿疹的临床价值。方法选取2019年1～12月辽宁省健康产业集团铁煤总医院诊治的90 例手部湿疹患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（45 例）和实验组（45例）。对照组采用地奈德乳膏治疗，实验组采用他克莫司软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗，比较两组的临床疗效、手部湿疹（JHS）评分以及不良反应。结果实验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组的JHS 评分低于治疗前，且实验组JHS 评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论他克莫司软膏联合地奈德乳膏治疗手部湿疹临床疗效确切，用药安全性较高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical value of Tacrolimus Ointment combined with Desonide Cream in the treatment of hand eczema. Methods A total of 90 patients with hand eczema diagnosed and treated in Iron Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from January to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group (45 cases) and the experimental group (45 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with Desonide Cream, and the experimental group was treated with Tacrolimus Ointment combined with Desonide Cream. Clinical efficacy, hand eczema (JHS) score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the JHS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the JHS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The combination of Tacrolimus Ointment and Desonide Cream in the treatment of hand eczema has definite clinical efficacy and high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
