Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasound combined with magnetic sensitivity imaging(SWI)in the diagnosis of preterm infants with brain injury. Methods A total of 60 premature infants with high risk factors for brain injury who were delivered in Ganzhou People′s Hospital from August 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects, all preterm infants were examined by high-frequency ultrasound and SWI simultaneously. The positive detection rates, specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of high-frequency ultrasound alone,SWI alone and high-frequency ultrasound combined with SWI were compared, and the imaging findings of SWI in premature infants with brain injury were analyzed. Results The positive rate of preterm brain injury in the high-frequency ultrasound combined with SWI group was 97.50%,which was higher than that in the high-frequency ultrasound group alone(52.50%)and SWI group alone(77.50%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of high-frequency ultrasound combined with SWI were higher than those of high-frequency ultrasound alone and SWI alone, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).SWI examination of premature infants with white matter injury showed spotty or patchy low signal. The hemorrhage foci of premature infants with intracranial hemorrhage showed low signal on SWI.The SWI of the children with cerebral edema showed different degree of high signal change. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound is suitable for bedside dynamic monitoring of premature infants with unstable early stage.High-frequency ultrasound combined with SWI has a high diagnostic positive rate for brain injury in preterm infants, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
