Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of autologous fat granule transplantation in the cosmetic repair of depression of the upper eyelid.Methods From October 2015 to February 2018, 60 patients with depression of the upper eyelid in our hospital were selected and divided into study group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with hyaluronic acid filler injection for correction of upper eyelid depression.The study group was treated with autologous fat granule transplantation for correction of upper eyelid depression.After treatment, the clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical efficacy rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05）.The total incidence of complications such as inflammation, infection and swelling (6.67%)in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (23.33%), there was significant difference (P<0.05）.Conclusion Autologous fat granule transplantation is a safe, satisfactory and ideal method for cosmetic repair of upper eyelid depression, which has a remarkable effect and a low incidence of complications, and it is worth popularizing widely in clinic.
