Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyaluronic acid repairing biofilm in the treatment of adult eczema.Methods A total of 66 cases of adult eczema patients in the Department of Dermatology,the Seventh People′s Hospital of Shenyang City from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and observation group according to the dynamic random grouping method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream,and the observation group was treated with Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream+hyaluronic acid repair biofilm.The treatment effect,clinical symptom disappearance time,complication rate and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The disappearance time of pruritus,skin lesions and erythema of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hyaluronic acid repairing biofilm is effective in the treatment of adult eczema.
