Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect on bioinformatics infrared liver disease therapeutic instrument(BILT treatment instrument) Qimen acupoint irradiation combined with Biejiajian Pills in the treatment of compensated liver cirrhosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with compensatory cirrhosis treated in the Hepatology Department of Jiujiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with BILT liver disease treatment instrument Qimen acupoint irradiation+Biejiajian Pills, and the control group was treated with Biejiajian Pills orally. The changes in the four fiber items and liver stiffness were compared between the two groups. Results After 2, 4, and 6 weeks of treatment, the levels of laminin (LN), hyaluronidase (HA), type Ⅳcollagen (Ⅳ-C), type Ⅲprocollagen (PC Ⅲ) and liver stiffness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion BILT liver disease treatment Qimen acupoint irradiation combined with Biejiajian Pills has a definite effect in the treatment of compensatory liver cirrhosis, which can reduce liver damage, reduce the degree of liver fibrosis, and reduce liver stiffness, and has high clinical promotion value.
