Abstract:Objective To explore intervention effect of clustered nursing combined with personalized nutritional support on patients with severe stroke. Methods A total of 60 patients with severe stroke who were admitted to Shangrao Municipal Hospital from May 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing and nutritional support, and the study group was given clustered nursing and personalized nutritional support. The patient′s serum hemoglobin(Hb),blood lipid levels, nutritional indexes before and after nursing, and complications during nursing were compared. Results Serum Hb,triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),triceps skinfold thickness(TSF),upper arm muscle circumference(AMC),body mass index(BMI)levels of patients in the study group after nursing were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications during the nursing period of the study group was 6.67%,which was lower than the 26.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clustered nursing combined with personalized nutritional support can effectively restore the serum hemoglobin and blood lipid levels of patients with severe stroke, improve the nutritional status of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and enhance the effect of intervention.
