Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of game training method in the training of emergency nurses.Methods Eighty emergency nurses from July to December 2020 in the Fifth People′s Hospital of Ganzhou City were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group (40 cases)and control group (40 cases).The control group was given routine training,and the observation group was given game training.The theoretical assessment,operation assessment and satisfaction of nurses in the two groups were compared.Results The total scores of theoretical examination,operation examination and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of game training method in the training of specialist nurses in emergency department can significantly improve the mastery of theoretical knowledge,standardize the daily operation behavior and improve the satisfaction of nurses in this department.
