Objective To investigate the effect of conventional rehabilitation combined with electroacupuncture training on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with arthroscopic rotator cuff injury. Methods Ninety-two patients who underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair at the Northern Theater General Hospital from September 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table, with 46 patients in each group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation training, and the observation group received conventional rehabilitation training combined with electroacupuncture. The total effective rate of treatment and visual analog scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups. The American Association of Shoulder and Elbow Physicians score(ASES)and Constant-Murley score(CMS)were used to evaluate the shoulder function of the patients, and the range of motion in flexion, abextension and extension of the shoulder joint was measured.Quality of life scale(SF-36)was used to evaluate patients′ quality of life after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.48%)was higher than that of the control group(76.09%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 7,14 and 12 weeks of treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in shoulder ASES and CMS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14 d and 12 weeks of treatment, the ASES and CMS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the range of motion of shoulder between the two groups(P>0.05)After treatment, the range of motion of shoulder flexion, abduction and extension in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of social function, emotional function, physiological function, physical pain, mental health, general health and vitality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training after repair of rotator cuff injury is very important.Electroacupuncture on the basis of conventional training can relieve pain, improve shoulder joint function, and consolidate the effect of rehabilitation training.
