Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of depression complicated with sleep disorder.Methods A total of 180 patients with depression complicated with sleep disorder admitted to People′s Hospital of Liaoning Province from June 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects.After being uniformly numbered,they were divided into the conventional group(n=90)and the experimental group(n=90)according to the method of single and double numbers.The conventional group was treated with Paroxetine Tablets alone,while the experimental group was treated with Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality,depression and sleep were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was 94.44%,which was lower than 83.33% of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the sleep quality and depression between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group,the total sleep time in the experimental group was longer than that in the conventional group,the sleep latency,awakening time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the conventional group,awakening times in the experimental group was less than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Paroxetine combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of depression complicated with sleep disorder can significantly improve the depression,sleep quality and sleep condition of patients,and also can improve the clinical total effective rate of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
