Objective To explore the application of continuous quality improvement in hospital infection care.Methods A total of 53 patients without continuous quality improvement in Xinyu People′s Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the control group,and 53 patients with continuous quality improvement in Xinyu People′s Hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research group.The intervention effect,infection management quality score and satisfaction of patients in two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The incidence of infection events and the omission rate of infection events in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the hand washing compliance rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of disinfection and isolation,hand hygiene,medical guidance and supervision review in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement is applied in a more significant effect of hospital infection in nursing,reduce the occurrence of infection and omission,improve patient compliance of hand washing,disinfection and isolation,hand hygiene and improve quality of infection management and clinic guidance,is conducive to further improve their satisfaction and worth application.
