Abstract： Objective To explore the application effect of improved nursing cooperation in the perioperative period of patients with chronic appendicitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic appendicitis treated in Dangyang People′s Hospital in Hubei Province from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing cooperation, and the observation group was given improved nursing cooperation on this basis. Anal exhaust time, ambulation time, operation time, hospitalization time, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The anal exhaust time, ambulation time, operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The improved nursing cooperation in the process of chronic appendicitis surgery can improve the operation efficiency and effect, and can also reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, so that patients are satisfied with the treatment and nursing work, which is worthy of promotion.
