中山市60岁以上人群自杀特征分析

摘要目的分析中山市老年人自杀特征。方法选取“中山市死因登记报告信息系统”中死亡年龄≥60 岁、死亡时间在2015年1月1日—2017年12月31日、“根本死亡原因ICD 编码”为X60～X84 的自杀案例作为研究对象进行回顾性分析，按照主要自杀方式、次要自杀方式分为自缢组和非自缢组。比较两组人口学资料、死亡地点、自杀方式的特征。结果中山市2015-2017年60 岁以上自杀共79 例，平均死亡年龄（71.22±8.88）岁，主要死亡地点为家中[60.76%（48/79）]，以自缢为主[63.29%（50/79）]。自缢组年龄高于非自缢组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。自缢组死亡地点在家中的比例高于非自缢组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中山市老年人自杀死亡案例偏高龄化，自杀多发生在家中，自杀方式以自缢为主，亟需针对自缢等特定自杀方式的干预策略深入研究。

Abstract：Objective To analyse the characteristics of elderly suicides in Zhongshan City. Methods Cases whose age of death was 60 years or older, time of death was between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2017 and “ICD code of Underlying cause of death” X60-X84 were selected from the Cause of Death Registration Reporting Information System. According to the major and minor suicide methods, the cases were divided into two groups: the hanging group and the non-hanging group. The characteristics of demographic data, place of death and suicide methods were compared between the two groups. Results From 2015 to 2017, there were 79 cases of suicides aged above 60 years old in Zhongshan City with an average age of (71.22±8.88) years old, most of the place of death was at home [60.76% (48/79)], and most of them were hanged [63.29% (50/79)]. The age of hanging was higher than that of other suicide methods(P＜0.05).Percentage of death at home in the hanging group was higher than that of non-constricted group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The suicides of the elderly in Zhongshan City are relatively old, and most of the suicides occur at home. The suicide methods are mainly by hanging, and it is urgent to further study the intervention strategies for specific suicide methods such as hanging.
