Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Iron Dextran Dispersible Tablets in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.Methods A total of 140 patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy who were admitted to Qingyang People′s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(70 cases)and observation group(70 cases)by dice method.The control group was treated with Ferrous Sulfate Tablet,and the observation group was treated with Iron Dextran Dispersible Tablets.The red blood cell(RBC),mean red blood cell volume(MCV),mean red blood cell hemoglobin(MCH)and hemoglobin(Hb)before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,RBC,MCV,MCH and Hb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Iron Dextran Dispersible Tablets can significantly improve the level of blood routine indexes,reduce the probability of adverse reactions in patients,and promote the improvement of the disease.It has an effective clinical application value.
