Objective To explore clinical application of Oxytocin+COOK cervical dilatation balloon in induction of labor in full-term pregnancy. Methods A total of 70 full-term pregnant women who underwent induced labor from January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 in Shenyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group (33 cases) and observation group (37 cases) according to sequential sampling method. The control group was induced by Oxytocin, while the observation group was treated by Oxytocin+COOK cervical dilatation balloon. The effect of promoting cervical maturation, labor time, cervical score, induced labor index and neonatal condition were compared between the two groups. Results The total effect rate of promoting cervical maturation in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the Bishop score was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The induction time of labor and the time of fetal delivery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the amount of bleeding 24 h after delivery was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The Apgar score of neonates in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The neonatal birth weight of the observation group was greater than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested to adopt Oxytocin combined with COOK cervical dilatation balloon scheme for fullterm pregnant women to implement induced labor, which can effectively improve the effect of induced labor and improve the prognosis of pregnant women.
