Abstract：Party building by thought and culture building are the main lifeblood of party′s construction work. The hospital regards cultural construction as the core driving force of sustainable development, always puts it in an important position, insists on long-term unremitting efforts, and under the guidance of the party′s construction work, the hospital′s work can be promoted effectively, and can provide people with high-quality medical services. Under the new situation,hospital party′s construction work and management of party members face new challenges. If the party′s construction is solid, it is productivity, if it is strong, it is competitive, and if it is detailed, it is cohesion.
