Abstract：With the development of social economy and changes in the global environment,various emergencies emerge in an endless stream,and new major infectious diseases keep emerging,causing huge losses and threats to the social economy and people′s health,and posing a severe challenge to the country′s emergency management system,medical rescue and disease prevention and control.In the face of every emergency,tertiary general hospitals play an important role,so it is imperative to build an efficient and rapid emergency response and treatment system to cope with the medical rescue needs of disasters,accidents and public health emergencies.This paper shares the experience of the Second People′s Hospital of Shantou City as an emergency hospital in exploring emergency medical rescue and constructing emergency response system,hoping to provide reference for other hospitals′emergency rescue construction.
