三位一体院感管理模式对静脉用药调配中心医院感染发生的影响

摘要目的探讨三位一体院感管理模式预防静脉用药调配中心（PIVAS）医院感染发生的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月～2020年1月赣州市人民医院PIVAS药物配置工作人员35名作为研究对象，按照三位一体院感管理模式实施时间分为实施前（2018年1月～2019年1月）和实施后（2019年2月～2020年1月），三位一体院感管理模式实施前予以传统管理模式。比较实施前后清洁卫生质量、微生物学检测、空气微粒检测及院内感染发生情况。结果实施后工作人员着装、操作台面、地面消毒、容器消毒、沉降菌、物体表面、手部卫生合格率、第三方年度检测、维保服务方月度检测合格率高于实施前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实施前后无院内感染发生。结论三位一体院感管理模式能够提高PIVAS清洁卫生质量、微生物学检测及空气微粒检测合格率，增强院内感染控制效果。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of the trinity hospital sensation management model on preventing the occurrence of nosocomial infections in pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS).Methods A total of 35 PIVAS drug configuration staff in Ganzhou People′s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the implementation time of the trinity hospital sense management mode,they were divided into pre-implementation(January 2018-January 2019)and post-implementation(February 2019-January 2020).Before the implementation of the trinity hospital sense management mode,the traditional management mode was adopted.The cleanliness and hygiene quality,microbiology detection,air particle detection and nosocomial infection were compared before and after implementation.Results After implementation,the qualified rate of the staff dressing,operating countertops,ground disinfection,container disinfection,sedimentation bacteria,object surface,hand hygiene,third-party annual inspection and maintenance party monthly inspection were higher than the pre-implementation,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).No hospital infection occurred before and after the implementation.Conclusion The trinity hospital sensation management model can improve the PIVAS sanitation quality,microbiological testing and air particle testing qualification rate,and enhance the effect of nosocomial infection control.
