Abstract:Objective To explore the application of six-hand operation in autologous tooth transplantation. Methods A total of 84 patients undergoing autologous tooth transplantation treated in Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the method of random number table,42 cases in each group. The control group was given four-hand technique for autologous tooth transplantation, and the experimental group was given six-hand technique for autologous tooth transplantation. The recovery of chewing function, occlusal function and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group,90.48% had higher chance of returning to normal after receiving autologous tooth transplantation than that in the control group(73.81%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group (0.00%) was lower than that in the control group (14.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Six-handed nursing for patients with autologous tooth transplantation can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions such.It has a better effect.
