Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on the treatment attitude,stigma and overall wellbeing of schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized in Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau Psychiatric Hospital from May 2017 to November 2019 were selected as subjects.By the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given psychiatric routine care,and the observation group implemented quality care.The self-perception and treatment attitude questionnaire (ITAQ),the mental disorder assessment scale (ISMI) and the global well-being scale (GWB) were used to evaluate the two groups.Results Before intervention,the ITAQ,GWB and ISMI scores of the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05);the ITAQ,GWB scores of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group,ISMI score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing can effectively improve the patients′ treatment attitude and overall well-being,reduce the stigma,and has good clinical application value.
