Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing intervention in phacoemulsification. Methods A total of 78 patients with phacoemulsification who were admitted to our hospital from January to 2018 June were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention based on control group. The best corrected visual acuity, quality of life of visual function, medication compliance, nursing satisfaction, and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results After surgery for 1 month, the best corrected visual acuity of two groups was higher than that after surgery for 1 day,the best corrected visual acuity of observation group after surgery for 1 day and 1 month was higher than that of control group, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).After surgery for 3 months, the scores of items of the national eye institute 25-item visual function questionnaire (NEI-VFQ-25) scale in observation group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total medication compliance and nursing total satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group, and the total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention for patients with phacoemulsification can increase corrected effects of visual acuity, improve medication compliance and nursing satisfaction, prevent complications, and enhance quality of life of visual function.
