Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in the prevention of air embolism in atrial fibrillation ablation.Methods A total of 48 patients admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People′s Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the control group (23 cases) and observation group (25 cases) according to the random lottery method.The control group received traditional nursing management,and the observation group adopted PDCA cycle management for nursing.The air embolization rate,patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups,and PDCA management was used to evaluate the nursing quality of nursing staff.Results The incidence of air embolization rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the total satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the nursing quality score of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management is effective in the prevention of air embolism in atrial fibrillation ablation,can effectively reduce the incidence of intraoperative air embolism,improve the satisfaction of patients with nurses.
