Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Triamcinolone nasal spray combined with Desloratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 122 patients with allergic rhinitis who admitted to Anshan Changda Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 61 patients in each group.The control group received Desloratadine alone,while the study group received Triamcinolone nasal spray on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-10(IL-10)and the improvement of symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group(91.80%)was higher than that of the control group(78.69%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nasal congestion,runny nose and other symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Triamcinolone nasal spray combined with Desloratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can effectively improve the patient's inflammation,promote the clinical effect,has a higher application value.
