Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pulp angiogenesis in the treatment of young permanent teeth. Methods A total of 80 young patients with permanent teeth admitted to Fushun Stomatological Hospital from August 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with root tip induced angioplasty, and the observation group was treated with pulp angiogenesis. The pain degree before and after treatment and the total therapeutic effectiveness were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pulp angiogenesis therapy in the treatment of young permanent teeth has a significant effect, which can effectively reduce the degree of pain after treatment and improve the quality of life of patients.
