Abstract:Objective To study the effect of nursing interventions during the laparoscopic and choledochoscopic common bile duct exploration. Methods A total of 40 patients who underwent the laparoscopic and choledochoscopic common bile duct exploration from May 2016 to May 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 20 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional nursing, the observation group was given the nursing interventions. The nursing satisfaction, total incidence rate of complications and hospitalization time for two groups were compared. Results The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion During the laparoscopic and choledochoscopic common bile duct exploration, the nursing interventions have a better effect. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
