Application effect of comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing cardiac interventional surgery

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods All of 104 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent interventional cardiac surgery in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into the experimental group and control group, 52 cases in each group.The control group received the routine nursing nursing, while the experimental group received the comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention.The total nursing satisfaction degree and incidence of complications in patients between the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing satisfaction degree in patients of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease has achieved good application effect, and it can improve the total nursing satisfaction degree of patients, reduce the incidence of complications.
