Abstract:Objective To discuss the application effect of medical and nursing integrated management intervention in unstable humerus supracondylar fracture in children. Methods All of 126 cases of children with unstable supracondylar supracondylar fractures treated in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2017 were selected as research subjects. All the patients were divided into the control group (n=63) and observation group (n=63) using the random number table method. Both groups of children were given surgical treatment. The patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation care after surgery, while the patients in the observation group were given integrated management interventions on the basis of routine care. The Face, Legs, Activity, Crying, Consolability (FLACC) and elbow joint function score of hospital for special surgery (HSS) in American before and after intervention were compared in illed-children between the two groups, and the complications of the two groups during the intervention were compared. Results One month after intervention, FLACC scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and FLACC scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Three months after intervention, FLACC scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention and one month after intervention, and the FLACC scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).One month after intervention,HSS scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and HSS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Three months after the intervention, the HSS scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention and one month after intervention, and HSS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).During the intervention period, the incidence of complications such as wound infection, nonunion, joint stiffness, and cubitus varus in the observation group was 1.59%, which was slightly lower than the 7.94% in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The integrated medical and management intervention has a significant effect in unstable humeral supracondylar fractures in children. It can reduce postoperative pain at the fracture site, the security is guaranteed, and promote the recovery of elbow joint function, it is worthy of promotion and application.
