Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of music therapy combined with aerobic exercise on the sleep quality of postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, 98 patients with breast cancer treated by modified radical mastectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy were selected as the study objects. They were divided into study group and control group by using random digital tables, with 49 cases in each group. The patients in the reference group were given routine nursing intervention, while the patients in the study group were given the comprehensive nursing of music therapy combined with aerobic exercise on the basis of routine nursing. The improvement of sleep quality and quality of life between the two groups before and after intervention were compared by Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale (PSQI) and breast cancer quality of life scale (FACT-B).Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores and total scores of PSQI scale between the two groups(P>0.05), and after the intervention, the scores and total scores of PSQI in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no significant difference in FACT-B scores and total scores between the two groups (P>0.05), but after intervention, the scores and total scores of FACT-B in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing intervention, music therapy combined with aerobic exercise can effectively improve the quality of sleep and life quality of breast cancer patients after operation, and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
