现代化管理策略在医院病案统计工作中的应用效果

摘要目的提升医院病案统计工作的质量，探讨现代化管理策略的效果。方法选取2016年4月～2018年4月我院收治的164例患者作为研究对象，按照入院先后顺序，将2016年4月～2017年3月收治的82例患者作为对照组，采用常规病案管理；将2017年4月～2018年4月收治的82例患者作为观察组，采用现代化病案管理。比较两组患者的死亡情况、服务满意度评分、病案失误情况。结果观察组患者的总病死率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的服务质量总满意度为97.56%，显著高于对照组的89.02%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的病案管理方式总失误率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在病案统计中，进行现代化管理可提升病案管理的质量，有临床应用价值，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To improve the quality of hospital medical record statistics and explore the value of modern management strategy.Methods A total of 164 patients admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects.Eighty-two patients admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 were taken as the control group.Eighty-two patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were taken as the observation group.The modern medical record management was carried out.The patients′death,service satisfaction and medical record errors under various management modes were analyzed.Results The total mortality rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05),and the satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than that in the control group(89.02%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total error rate of medical record management in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In medical record statistics,modern management can improve the quality of medical record management,and has application value.
