Abstract：Objective To explore the relationship between occupational fatigue and occupational burnout in the clinical doctors.Methods A total of 110 clinical doctors in the Second People′s Hospital of Zoucheng City from October to November 2018 were selected and investigated with Chinese version of Maslach burnout inventory (MBI),Fatigue scale-14 (FS-14),and Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between them.Results The emotional exhaustion score of clinical doctors was(24.35±6.28)points,which was significantly higher than that of the norm([22.19±9.53]points)(t=2.24,P＜0.01).The score of low personal achievment of clinical doctors was(31.37±4.22)points,which was more lower than that of the norm ([36.54±7.34]points)(t=5.51,P＜0.01).The total score of FS-14 was(9.36±2.42)points,among them,56 cases(50.9%)were more than 7 points.Correlation analysis showed occupational fatigue was positively correlated with emotional exhaustion,depersonification dimension(r=0.615,0.568,P＜0.01),occupational fatigue was negative correlation with low personal achievement(r=-0.573,P＜0.01).Conclusion There is strong correlation between occupational fatigue and occupational burnout,occupational fatigue is an influence factor of occupational burnout,To relieve occupational fatigue can gring down occupational burnout of the clinical doctors.
