Abstract:Objective To investigate the relation of serum pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ),gastrin (GS) with Helicobacter pylori(Hp) related peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 96 patients with peptic ulcer admitted to Xinjian Hospital of Yichun City hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.According to the results of gastroscopy,68 cases of positive Hp peptic ulcer were taken as the observation group, and 28 cases of negative Hp peptic ulcer were taken as the control group. The levels of PGⅠand GS of all the patients were detected. The observation group was treated with Omeprazole Enteric-Coated Capsules+Clarithromycin Capsules+Amoxicillin Capsules. The levels of PGⅠand GS were compared between the two groups. The levels of PGⅠand GS in the observation group before and after treatment were compared. After the treatment of HP positive patients, the serum PG Ⅰand GS levels were compared between the negative and non-negative patients. The relation of PGⅠand GS levels with Hp related peptic ulcer was analyzed. Results The levels of PGⅠand GS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).There were 62 cases of negative conversion in 68 cases of the observation after treatment, the levels of PGⅠand GS in the observation group after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05).The levels of serum PG Ⅰand GS in patients with Hp turning negative patients were lower than those in patients without Hp turning negative, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that serum PGⅠand GS levels were risk factors of positive Hp peptic ulcer (OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum PGⅠand GS in patients with Hp related peptic ulcer are higher. The PGⅠand GS levels are closely related to the occurrence of Hp related peptic ulcer.
