Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of multiple intervention modes via anterior tibial vein approach in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity from January 2014 to December 2017 treated in our hospital were chosen as research subjects.According to the random number table method, the patients were assigned to conventional group and test group,45 cases in each group. The conventional group took the thrombolytic therapy via popliteal vein approach;the test group took the multiple intervention modes via anterior tibial vein approach. The thrombosis removal effect, incidence of complications, hospital stay and follow-up results were compared. Results The thrombosis removal effect in the test group was better than that in the conventional group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the test group (4.44%) was lower than that in the conventional group (24.44%),with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The hospital stay in the test group was shorter than that in the conventional group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse events in the test group(2.22%) was lower than that in the conventional group (20.00%),with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, the use of multiple intervention modes via anterior tibial vein approach can improve the thrombosis removal effect, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the hospital stay, and reduce the incidence rate of adverse events, which is worthy of clinical application.
