Abstract:Objective To explore the application of superficial vein of the carpal volar volar in complex replantation of severed fingers. Methods A total of 19 patients with complicated severed finger replantation and disconnection admitted to our hospital from August 2013 to May 2018 were selected as subjects, the blood supply was reconstructed by superficial volar vein transplantation, after thorough debridement, the length of the isolated arterial defect was about 1.2-1.8 cm and the average defect was(1.50±0.12)cm,the prognosis of the patients was observed. Results In this study,19 patients were treated with superficial vein grafting to reconstruct the blood supply, and all the fingers were alive,no arteriovenous crisis occurred after operation, the follow-up period was 1 to 6 months, the appearance of the affected finger was good after repair, and the excellent and good rate was 94.7%.Conclusion The diameter of the superficial vein of the carpal volar volar is consistent with the finger artery, which is suitable for complex severed finger replantation.
