腕掌侧浅静脉在复杂性断指再植中的应用

摘要目的探讨腕掌侧浅静脉在复杂性断指再植中的应用。方法选取2013年8月～2018年5月我院收治的19例复杂性断指再植离断患者作为研究对象，采用腕掌侧浅静脉移植重建血供，术中彻底清创后，探查发现离断指体指固有动脉缺损长度为1.2～1.8 cm，平均缺损（1.50±0.12）cm，观察患者的预后情况。结果本研究19例采用腕掌侧浅静脉移植修复重建血供后，离断指体全部存活，术后未发生动静脉危象，随访1～6个月，修复后患指外观良好，优良率达94.7%。结论腕掌侧浅静脉血管口径与指动脉较一致，适用于复杂性断指再植。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of superficial vein of the carpal volar volar in complex replantation of severed fingers.Methods A total of 19 patients with complicated severed finger replantation and disconnection admitted to our hospital from August 2013 to May 2018 were selected as subjects,the blood supply was reconstructed by superficial volar vein transplantation,after thorough debridement,the length of the isolated arterial defect was about 1.2-1.8 cm and the average defect was(1.50±0.12)cm,the prognosis of the patients was observed.Results In this study,19 patients were treated with superficial vein grafting to reconstruct the blood supply,and all the fingers were alive,no arteriovenous crisis occurred after operation,the follow-up period was 1 to 6 months,the appearance of the affected finger was good after repair,and the excellent and good rate was 94.7%.Conclusion The diameter of the superficial vein of the carpal volar volar is consistent with the finger artery,which is suitable for complex severed finger replantation.
