Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of different doses of Butylphthalide in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the random sampling method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.All patients were treated with Butylphthalide.The dose of control group was 100 mg/time,and that of observation group was 200 mg/time.All patients were treated for one month.The short-term curative effect of two groups of cerebral infarction patients was compared.Results The neurological deficit scores of the patients with cerebral infarction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 2 weeks and 1 month after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of daily living ability index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 2 weeks and 1 month after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group for one month,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High dose of Butylphthalide in the treatment of cerebral infarction in the short term effect is remarkable,can significantly improve the neurological deficits in patients with cerebral infarction,and improve the daily living ability of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,the application effect is satisfactory.
