Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Nimodipine Injection combined with Betahistine Sodium Chloride Injection in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia. Methods One hundred patients with posterior circulation ischemia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected as subjects of this study. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Betahistine Sodium Chloride Injection alone. The study group was treated with Nimodipine Injection combined with Betahistine Sodium Chloride Injection. The therapeutic effect, hemodynamics, blood lipid, hemorheology and fibrinogen of the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate was 82.0% in the control group and 94.0% in the study group. The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement time of the symptoms of the patients in the control group was (9.34±2.76) d,and the improvement time of the symptoms of the patients in the study group was (5.23±2.11) d. The improvement time of the patients in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The average blood flow velocities of the left vertebral artery (left VA),right vertebral artery (right VA) and basilar artery (BA) of the patients in the study group after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The average blood flow velocities of left VA,right VA and BA after treatment in the control group were not statistically significant compared with those before treatment (P>0.05). The average blood flow velocities of left VA,right VA and BA in the study group after treatment were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, platelet aggregation rate, triglyceride (TG),total lipoprotein (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) of the two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels after treatment in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, platelet aggregation,TG,TC and LDL-C of patients in the study group after treatment were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The HDL-C of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Nimodipine Injection combined with Betahistine Sodium Chloride Injection has a good clinical effect in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia, which can improve hemodynamics and fibrinogen. It is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
