Abstract:Objective To investigate the treatment experience of one-stage resection and anastomosis on colorectal cancer with intestinal obstruction. Methods A total of 50 patients with colorectal cancer and intestinal obstruction admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the observation group (25cases)and the control group (25cases)according to the random number tablemethod. The control group was treated with one-stage resection and second-stage anastomosis. The observation group was treated with one-stage resection and one-stage anastomosis. The total incidence of postoperative complications, speeding status and the number of hospitalizationswere compared between the two groups. Results The speeding status in the observation group was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of hospitalizations in the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant differcne in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The patientswith colorectal cancerwith intestinal obstruction treated with first stage resection and first stage anastomosis, which is not significantly increase the postoperative complications, and the cost of surgical treatment is low,the number of hospitalization is less,so the application value in clinical practice is higher.
