指导性加强患者自我健康护理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果

摘要目的观察指导性加强患者自我健康护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月～2018年6月我院收治的60 例COPD 患者作为研究对象，按照抽签法分为观察组（n=30）和对照组（n=30）。观察组采用指导性加强患者自我健康护理模式，对照组采用常规护理模式，比较两组的总有效率及肺功能指标[1 秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）预计值百分比、FEV1/用力肺活量（FVC）、FEV1]情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的73.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理前，两组各项肺功能指标（FEV1 占预计值百分比、FEV1/FVC、FEV1）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后，两组FEV1 占预计值百分比、FEV1/FVC、FEV1 均高于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且观察组FEV1 占预计值百分比、FEV1/FVC、FEV1 值高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在COPD 患者护理中实施指导性加强患者自我健康护理措施，能改善患者肺功能，提升护理效果，临床应用价值较高。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of guiding patient self-health care for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods Sixty patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected.They were divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30) according to the sampling method.The observation group used the guiding patient self-health care model, while the control group used the routine nursing model, the total effective rate and lung function indicators of the two groups (the forced expiratory volume in one second [FEV1]accounted for the predicted percentage, FEV1/the forced vital capacity [FVC], FEV1) situation were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, higher than that of the control group (73.33%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before the nursing, the lung function indexes (FEV1 accounted for the predicted percentage, FEV1/FVC, FEV1) were not significantly different (P＞0.05).After nursing, the two groups of FEV1 acconted for the predicted percentage, FEV1/FVC and FEV1 were higer that those before nuring, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05), and the FEV1 acconted for the predicted percentage, FEV1/FVC and FEV1 were higher than the control group.The differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of guiding self-health care measures in the nursing of patients with COPD can improve the lung function of patients and improve the nursing effect.The clinical application and promotion value are high.
